By joining the wine club or placing a shipping order, I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left at my door. Shipments will be sent to the shipping address provided, and it is my responsibility to notify El Viñero of any address or credit card changes. I authorize El Viñero to charge my credit card for the price of each shipment. I understand that El Viñero reserves the right to refuse or terminate my membership at any time. I understand there is no membership fee. I also understand and agree that I may cancel my membership after one year, provided written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the next shipment.
